- Gain unauthorized access to our systems or reverse engineer our software.
- Clone voices using Bimbient without explicit, documented consent from the individual.
- Create deepfakes, misleading content, or engage in impersonation.
- Send spam or unsolicited messages via our WhatsApp Business integrations.
- Infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.
3. API Usage Rules
When using our APIs, you must adhere to our documented rate limits and fair use guidelines. We reserve the right to throttle or block API access if we detect abusive, excessive, or unreasonable usage patterns that compromise service stability.
4. Content Standards
Any content you generate or transmit using our services must not be harmful, illegal, defamatory, obscene, or misleading. You are solely responsible for the content you create and distribute.
5. WhatsApp Messaging Rules
If utilizing our WhatsApp Business API solutions, you must comply with Meta's messaging policies. This includes obtaining proper opt-in consent from recipients before sending messages and ensuring all outgoing templates comply with platform guidelines.
6. Enforcement
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in enforcement actions, including warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your account without a refund. We also reserve the right to report severe violations to law enforcement authorities.
