Data Deletion Instructions

1. Your Right to Delete Data

HORANADU CORPORATION (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED respects your privacy and provides you with the right to request the deletion of your personal data collected through our website, applications, and third-party integrations (such as Meta Developer Apps).

2. What Data Can Be Deleted

You may request the deletion of:

  • Account Data: Profile information, contact details, and billing history.
  • Voice Data: Audio recordings and synthetic voice models associated with Bimbient.
  • Usage Data: Activity logs and analytics.
  • Cookies & Tracking: Data linked to your sessions.

3. How to Request Data Deletion

To request the deletion of your data, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to info@horanaducorp.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
  2. Include your full name, the email address associated with your account, and specify which services (e.g., Bimbient, Bahuti) you are using.
  3. If you are requesting deletion of data collected via our Meta/Facebook app integrations, please state this explicitly.

We will process your request and respond within thirty (30) days.

4. Facebook / Meta Data Deletion

If you have used your Facebook or Meta account to log in or interact with our services (e.g., via Bahuti or WhatsApp Business API integrations), you can also remove our application's access directly through your Meta account settings:

  1. Go to your Facebook account's Settings & Privacy menu.
  2. Click on "Settings", then "Apps and Websites".
  3. Find our app (e.g., Bahuti or Horanadu App) in the list and click "Remove".

5. Automated Deletion

Where available, you can directly delete specific data points, such as generated voice models in Bimbient, directly from your account dashboard settings.

6. After Deletion

Upon processing your request, we will send you a confirmation. Please note that certain data may be retained for specific periods if required for legal obligations, dispute resolution, or fraud prevention.
